I happened upon this site and called Bristol Guitar. They were shocked to know they could be found on the internet. But I did end up going down there to have my guitar set-up (right after I called), and ended up buying an electronic tuner and a new guitar case. People go there and just hang out. Like Katie G. said, they don't scam ya and they are fast and courteous. I will be going back for all my musical needs.
