This review is for: Home Depot

I took the trimmer to Home Depot, where it was purchased, thinking they would send it out for repairs and was very disappointed to find out they do not send electric trimmers out for repair. Does B & D have a pick up point in Everett WA? This means I either have to drive 60 miles roundtrip to Seattle and back to take the trimmer for repair and another 60 miles to get it back, or mail it I suppose--which is time consuming and an additional cost. Unhappy customer!
