They do a great a job but they are not professional what so ever. When you walk in they do not greet you. They arrive late and take lots of breaks as well as talk on the phone while working on your head. I have been to other shops where they have answered phone calls but they at least make it brief. During my time at the shop the girl braiding my hair constantly stayed on the phone. They told me one price on the phone and when I got there they tried to convince me that I needed the higher priced braids. I was happy with their work but their attitude stinks. I don't think that I will be returning there.
