A few years ago I bought my computer from his store and NEVER had any problems with it. I've added more ram and a larger hdd recently and went back to him to purchase it. He helped me decide how much more ram to get and how large or a drive to upgrade since I do a great deal of video and photo editing.
If you want excellent service, low prices and a friendly person then that's the store to go to. He won't rip you off unlike those "big name" stores near Columbia Center where you'll be charged $400, $500 or $600+ and STILL have the same problems PLUS more.
