My husband and I usually take-away from Ruthie's in Katy. It used to be much better but recently the food and service have kind of lost it's zazz. We used to eat their regularly but not any more. Because we haven't been in Katy long we don't really know where else to go for Mexican so Ruthie's is our "if we're desperate for Mexican" place. Beef Fajita dinner for two costs about $24.00 which isn't bad and the Fajitas are good. I also like the Chicken Floutas.
I'm sure you can find better in Katy if you know where to look. Otherwise they're relatively cheap and cheerful and QUICK. Almost always ready to take out in 10 - 15 minutes.
