Excellent Service for a Tough Situation

Red Robin employees have almost always impressed me. The last visit I had to this location there was a piece of hair on my food. I mentioned it to the waiter & I don't think it could have been removed from the table faster. The manager was immediately at our table with an apology to let me know that we would not be paying for my food. Not only did we not pay for my meal but we had a free meal for my husband because of a coupon. We still got our other discounts plus my meal was free. I was very impressed with their quick & professional response to a situation that could have made us not want to return.
