Communication is very poor. Try calling this place to set up an appointment, and they never call back. What on earth is their problem in getting back to you?! I had a major psychological evaluation test done in July and I finally received the results in October! Not to mention they wouldn't have sent the results if it wasn't for my therapist calling the place everyday for 4 months! Also, if you are transitioning from another therapist to a therapist here and you are on some major anxiety and depression medications, the therapist told me at CSI, they believe in trying to get people off of all major anti-anxiety and depression medications! Hey, people, I've been on all that medication for 15 years and like hell I will be getting off all of it! I would be a wreck without my meds. Also, very dangerous area. So, people, STAY AWAY from CSI! Very poor services all around.
