I became hooked on gelato a couple years ago after a trip to Italy, where I ate it about twice a day. After I returned home, I was so sad I couldn't find it anywhere. Then I discovered Paciugo.
If you've never had gelato, it's Italian ice cream, but it's so much better. It's made with milk instead of cream, so it's smoother; more like a frozen yogurt or custard, but even better. Paciugo has some of the craziest flavors, but they'll gladly let you have a sample before you decide. They also have sorbets that are fat free and dairy free as well as soy based varieties.
They sell coffee and other things, but the gelato's so good, I never order anything else.
