"Photo Memories" has been working in Cabarrus County for about 35 years. They must be doing something right. When school pictures are taken they are put on a schedule that suits the administration so the the teachers don't miss much instructional time. If combing hair and fixing collars are needed they should be done before they arrive in the room to have their picture made. These are not portrait pictures, they are school pictures.
I have 2 children also, and have been pleased with the quality of the pictures. I'm sure that if I wasn't satisfied that they would do what they could to make sure that I was a satisfied. I realize that if I want portrait quality pictures that I should schedule an appointment and have them made.
I have dealt with several of the staff and find them to be very professional and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied.
