Nice people, mediocre tattoos

I went to Slave to get some script done on one of my wrists. All of the people who work there were very nice and professional. But a week later, about 50% of the ink had come out of the tattoo and I had to go back to have it redone. I have 5 tattoos, including a full sleeve, and this is the only time it's ever happened.
I went to Supergenius and got some similar script done on the other wrist, and had no problems.
