Tri state waterproofing fixed some leaks in my basement over Three years ago. We have not had any leaks at all in the past three years. They also installed a Sump Pump and we did have a problem with that it just quick working. We did have a warenty on it and when we called they came that day and replaced it. I would say if you have water problems to give tri state waterproofing a call.
