i would not recommend anyone ever rent from these "people." if you have any maintnence problem, good luck getting it fixed. they neglected our roof when we told them water was dripping in. our ceiling collapsed and they fixed it in a very timely fashion. only 5 months. if you look up slumlords, you'll find them listed. basically, they "manage" a bunch of properties and i have never heard a good thing about them.
