I have been going to Connie for ages now and would hate to have to go any other place. She's great to talk to, listens to what you want done with your hair and then does it. Only problem is that she has limited hours. She's located in the retirement community there on Plumas St., but don't worry, she's current on the latest hair fashion so you won't walk out of there with an age inappropriate do.
