I enjoy shopping at Ralphs, as the store doubles coupons to 1.00 and during the holidays they hired extra help to make shopping so much easier, as the workers would help people find the item. The manager always smiles at me when he is in the store and the clerks treat me fairly and are glad to see me no matter how many coupons I am going to use.

I think that I'm unlucky, as the worst Rite Aid is in my town, as no rebate from this store. The store taxed me when I purchased food items and when I contacted Rite Aid they acted like I did something wrong. You know its bad when you buy the item with the sign that says free gas, but riteaid.com tells you the products don't qualify. Its even worse as I went to another Rite Aid and the products were fine. This is the first time I have ever found out that one city doesn't allow rebates and can get away with posting the rebate. Avoid this store, as their customer service is bad and they will charge you more than you expect to pay. I will never shop in the store again.

My husband loves Nestle Crunch and I enjoy them also. They are sweet with a nice crunchy taste. They are milk chocolate with crisped rice. Nestle has been around since 1866, so you know they make quality products. I make a basket of items for my husband to enjoy and always put in Nestle Crunch Bars.

In the future, I will be avoiding the Ventura, California store, as they overcharged me for the last time and wouldn't fix it. I had trouble returning an item and they only gave me my money back when my husband said we would go on line and get help, as we had our receipt and the item doesn't work.

Are you looking for low cost DVD's, then be sure and stop at K-mart. There is a limited number available on December 26th and some titles in my ad are Spider-man, which I paid more for a couple of years ago. Others listed are The Whole Nine Yards and Rock Star and there are no rain checks. I'm a fan of Jackie Chan and there is a double feature that is only 6.99, which would be perfect for other fans. I already own First Strike on VHS, but looking forward to getting it on DVD and Mr Nice Guy is the other DVD.

My first stop is Hallmark, where the ornaments go on sale. They are costly to purchase all of them before the holidays. In the past years, they have put out ornaments from several years ago for 2.00, which is a nice time to stock up on the ornaments that I didn't get already. Also they had a large number of gift bags for .10 last year, so I bought enough to cover all of my gifts this year.

Recently, I was traveling to Los Angeles and was looking for a place to eat in the entertainment book and a free meal was enough incentive to try out a place that I had never visited in the past. I had a double cheeseburger, which was very filling and the lemon coke. A lemon coke is 1/2 coke and 1/2 lime and its very tart, so don't order it unless you like sour drinks. Service was excellent and our order arrived quickly. The music was great, as I love oldies.

The last couple of years when you spend $50.00 you receive a gift certificate that is good a few days later and there is no tax when I use the certificate. Have you visited the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, California? If not, its a great place to spend the afternoon looking at impressive paintings, looking at books in the bookstore, and viewing the drawings. The perfect day to visit is Thursday, as its free for all visitors and parking is 3.00. There are over 45,000 items to view. My favorite piece is Mary Cassat's Summertime where two women are viewing the ducks.
