Mr. Franco is an easy agent to work with. He is Hispanic, so Spanish-speaking clients as well as Anglophiles will be at ease in his office. Most of his staff worked for the gentleman that worked there previously (he retired), so they're very knowledgeable when it comes to your insurance needs. We have our home and auto policies with State Farm through him; not sure if he sells other companies' policies or not.
