Bad experience

I had a very unpleasant experience with Anna. I consulted with her for a hair cut and she disdainfully fingered my hair. ..she wasn't sure if she would be able to help! She also stated that "her" haircuts were $50.00 and implied that perhaps I couldn't afford it...a very unprofessional woman!
I find this Salon's assertion that the client's comfort comes first laughable. I left there pretty uncomfortable!
