If you are restoring your craftsman home you can find all the period door hardware, hinges, cabinet hardware, window hardware, switch plates, etc. here. Great quality, but unfortunately there are no bargains to be found here. I paid about $50 each for some drawer pulls. Beautiful though!

I go to Dr. Salwa Farag, M.D. who is part of the Arroyo Seco Medical Group. She is also affiliated with Huntington Hospital. There are quite a few doctors in this group, but DR Farag is the only one I have seen in the past 6 years.
She is kind and I would recommend her, however with the high volume of patients you probably won't be remembered if you only go in for a checkup one a year.

Although this dry cleaner is far from my house, it is worth the $20-30 I save when I dump off my load of cleaning. It was recommended to me from a friend and I have been going ever since. My clothes come back clean (sounds strange, but I have taken my clothes other places where I swear they just pressed my dirty clothes). Located on Alosta (aka Route 66). It is recently under new ownership, so hopefully it will not turn into $10 Dry Cleaning.

Nice atmosphere, good service, GREAT food! My favorites are the Slippery Shrimp, Moo Shu Chicken, and Hot & Sour Soup. And unlike a lot of Chinese restaurants where you have to go on a hunt to find a morsel of meat or shellfish piled under veggies and noodles, at Yang Chow, you'll never have to take out your magnifying glass to find a shrimp again. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Tiparos for years, and it is my favorite Thai retaurant. The food is always the same - excellent! It is family owed and run and the service is always friendly and fast. I especially like the Panang Curry, Angel Wings, and Spicy Squid. The Tom Kah Goong soup is also delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant - you won't be disappointed.

Brand new, clean tanning salon. They offer a range of options for tanning. I prefer the high pressure bed, but they also offer Mystic Tan (sunless tanning). The high pressure UVA tanning beds effectively eliminate a large percentage of the burning ultraviolet (UVB and certain wavelengths of UVA). This allows most skin types to tan nearly the full session time with minimal risk of sunburn at the same time producing the fastest tan possible. It does get pretty hot in there though so turn the fan on high!

They do excellent work, and I am never worried about dropping off my sentimental (or valuable) pieces when it's time for a repair. Marcus is always helpful, knowledgeable and personable. They do alot of custom work. Very high quality - with prices comparable to Tiffany.
