Last year i called ahead to see if they might be able to accomodate me and my family for my daughters b-day party. I knew they didn't take reservations however, it was a Tuesday night and I called ahead of time and talked to the manager who said it would be fine because tuesday nights are hardly ever busy. Well....we got there and it was PACKED...they made us wait over 45 minutes before some of my guests had to leave and couldn't wait anymore. I burst into tears and was so upset. They finally were able to push some tables together and sit us...but, not till after 1/2 our family was gone.
