No Call Back

Based on the website review of a five star business, I called P K Electric because I need an circuity breaker replaced. I was advised that they charged $95 per hour and that some one named "Robert" would call me back. This was around noon on 1/18/2007. After no callback by 7:15 p.m., I assume that my job is too small for this business and that they chose to ignore me. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company for customer service.
