good and bad

The last couple times I used the ATM it malfunctioned and ate my money. When I went inside to let them know what happened, one of the tellers behaved quite rudely and suspicious of me. I know there are probably dishonest customers that lie, but I don't see any reason to judge someone to be guilty right away. The teller was reluctant to help me out until she realized that there really was a malfunction. I eventually got my money back two weeks after the hassle of filling out a transaction dispute.
