I've been seeing Dr. Dube for many years. Dr. Dube has always been a very nice and pleasant person to speak with but her visits are rather short as she has many patients to see (each patient is scheduled for only 15 minutes). I have found that the service from her staff has deteriorated over the years. Sometimes her staff is rude and unreliable. Since Dr. Dube does not schedule too far in advance, I had asked if the office could give me a call when the calendar was posted to see if the Dr. was working and they said they would do so. Of course, I never received the call. When I called back, they told me the doctor was not working that day. Although Dr. Dube is a great doctor, I believe her unfriendly staff is giving her a poor reflection.
