Pet vet is a very busy clinic and you better be prepared to wait a while (even if you have an appt). As a pet owner and an ex-vet technician, I must say Dr. Naito is one of the best and competent doctors I've ever been to. I have a 12 year old pug who was misdiagnosed with arthiritis and when I went to Dr. Naito for 2nd opinion, she immediately noticed from the way my dog was limping that it wasn't in the joints. She took some x-rays and discovered that my dog had a collapsed disc. I immediately stopped giving her the rimadyl that the other office gave me and started her on supplements for her disc. The hospital visit turned out to cost half of what the other office charged me too. I agree that Dr. Naito doesn't make small talk and her staff usually doesn't have time to comment on how cute your dog is, but I feel good knowing that there's a hospital that cares about providing excellent clinical care and doesn't care about trying to kiss the owner's ass.
