The service dept here sucks. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls.
Also, every other Toyota dealer in So.Calif. has a shuttle to deliver you home and pick you up as well. NOT Miller Toyota in Culver City. They will shuttle you back to your home, but not pick you up. This is a shame on the Toyota name for service. Why not? How am I supposed to get my car?
