We were referred to them when our washer broke. We were promised a tech would come out Thursday 1-11-07. Needless to say the tech didn't show. The company then promised us the tech would come Monday 1-15-07 it is now 6:24pm there dispatcher Robin can't get a hold of the tech or her boss. Please whatever you do, find another company to repair your items. My wife has lost 2 days pay so far waiting for them to show. She will now have to miss another. Not a reliable company.
