I brought my car in at 7:30 for my appointment and heard nothing until 4:15pm, when they gave me 45 minutes to pick up my car.
I also went in for an inspection but they could not complete it because I had a toggle switch blocking a data port, it only took me 2 minutes to move the switch out of the way but by then they already had a few cars in line for inspection and sent me away. Big waste of my time.
I am all for buying local, but they have disappointed me a few times now. I dont think Ayer has another mechanic. which is too bad, might put these guys on their toes a little.
