A great health insurer for Kentucky residents!

I love this company! They have been my health insurer for 5 out of the past 6 years. Although rates have gone up considerably, along with co-pays, I love them because we have no deductible and need no referral to see a specialist. Actually, they couldn't make it any easier than they do to get help.
When I was pregnant last year, I was having trouble with my blood sugar, although none of my ob/gyn's could find anything wrong with it. The maternal health liaison got me into a nutrition class and overnighted me a glucometer, free of charge.
I like knowing that I have a flat $15 co-pay when I go to see a doctor, and that I will not have to bother with filling out forms myself.
