I was a loyal customer until I ran into a problem with this cleaners losing an item of mine. First they denied they lost it. The workers kept telling me I picked up everything I dropped off (funny how my receipt told a different story). Before this I was very pleased with the service and quality of the cleaning. However, after this experience I am warning others!
They have made very little effort to locate my item and I have been getting the run around for about 3 weeks. Also, the manager has stated the cleaners only refunds up to $40 for lost items. Beware! I'm telling all my friends to go elsewhere.
