Bar Abilene is a great happy hour restaurant/bar. The best guac I've had in Minneapolis -- and it's made table side, which is more entertaining to watch! Reasonably priced. It's a fun place to hang out in Uptown, and offers patio seating, which makes the margarita-sipping all the more fun for people watching.
