The people at El toro Lock and key are so very helpful. I had just purchased a freezer at a garage sale and it has a lock but no key. I the quest to keep my children safe from accidental lock ins. I really needed a key. the employee at the counter could have easily charged me to rekey or he could of sent me away, but instead he help me locate one one the internet by the manufacturer and I found a duplicate key right at the laguna hills mall sears saving me money. Great customer service above and beyond and honest
