There are a lot of salespeople and few customers here. The two people who "helped" me (I think one was the owner) were not that knowledgeable about pianos, but very pushy, even though I was far from making my decision. They tried very hard to convince me that I had to buy right away before their "low low" prices went up and insisted on a deposit. I don't know why anyone would buy a piano here unless they already knew what they wanted before they walked in the door.
