I was treated so rudely here and I will never return. The spa manager complained to me that my baby was crying too loud and that her customers getting massages were suffering. Keep in mind she comes to me to say this as I'm paying for my clothes....very strange since obviously I am in the process of leaving. I think my child cried for a total of about 3 minutes from the point I took her out of the toy area until the point I got up to the cashier to pay for my clothes. I told her I was leaving and couldn't really do much to stop my child from crying yet she just stood there staring at me. She was really mean, it was really painful and embarrasing.
