This Hyatt is pretty low key. Although its in downtown San Jose near the airport, it doesn't look like your typical highrise hotel. In fact, it's the opposite. It is sprawled out in all one level with the buildings separated from one to four. There are walkway paths and gardens in the middle of the outdoor patio area, not to mention a nice gazebo for ceremonies and a pool and jacuzzi area to the side. The rec room is used for family get togethers and business meetings. Last time it was pretty loud because there was a reunion going on. The room itsellf is not spectacular, it was modest with a small bathroom and sliding door. A coffee maker and snack area is set up right next to the bathroom. I was disturbed by that.
