After losing my long-time stylist, I spent the past four months looking for someone else who could cut my thick wavy hair into the layered, shattered and straightened bob that I'd been wearing. Melissa looked at the photo of how I wanted to wear my hair, looked at my current style, and explained how she could correct what two others had botched. I not only ended up with the trendy yet professional look that I wanted, but I've so far had compliments from two co-workers saying it's even better than it was before I lost my first stylist.
