We have eaten at Shun twice now and the service is very poor. Although the food is good (not as good as I Love Sushi, IMHO), the wait staff and chefs are overburdened. The hot portion of our meal arrived 20 minutes before the sushi (3 rolls). There was no coordination to even bring one of the rolls with our dinner. Moreover, while they were somewhat apologetic, they didn't really get it. Someone needs to teach them operations.
The dining room needs a thorough cleaning already. Notice the corners of the window sills and the cob webs on the lights.
Even though it is convenient, we will not return. We'll make the drive to I Love Sushi.
