Beaches has the best happy hour in the metro area. I can't talk it up enough. Get there 4-6 or 10-11 Monday-Friday for some very good eats, but be prepared to deal with a crowd. Their regular menu is also very good: lots of seafood, American-fare, and always something Asian-inspired. Desserts are fabulous. This place is almost always crowded, so make a reservation if you can.
