Valvoline instant oil change seemed like a convenient place to get my oil changed, but I was greatly mistaken. I waited a half hour to be acknowledged by the staff (there was no one else there either) and then the mechanics were very rude when I refused to buy into any of the "extras" that were offered. No one explained what was going on, and they would not listen to a word I said. Not to mention that their oil changes are a lot more expensive than any gas station I've gone to in the past. Definitely not worth the aggravation!
