I have bought many items from RC Willey. I bought a really nice Micro Fiber Couch. The only problem is the seams starting ripping. I called them they took my couch away for a month and returned it untouched. I called to complain and they brought me a brand new one. It was broken. A third one was brought to me. When I bought the first one I paid extra for stain gaurd. It wasn't until after my daughter spilled a little milk on my third couch that I noticed they didn't stain gaurd this one. They are resolving this situation by coming out to clean it and stain gaurd it on site.
I have also bought a cam corder and bed from them. Both of these things turned out fine.
We also used a Buyers Advantage program which gives us 6 months same as cash option. We also get a rebate on our purchases every six months. We have about $50.00 to spend there. It wont get much of anything without putting some money with it but it'll help.
I reluctantly recommend RC Willey for Furniture but I will recommend them for beds, and electronics.
