Great Admenties. Sad there is a $500 fee but not security deposit. This fee is not refundable and it goes with a $75 application fee. So they suck the life out of you as move in. After that I love the place. We have had no problems. They installed new carpet and painted before we moved in. The only problem was fixed with in 24 hours.
