My comic pals say the management at Giggles is terrible, and they prefer to work with the staff at the Comedy Underground. But comics still go there because there's, what, like 2 places offering...
My comic pals say the management at Giggles is terrible, and they prefer to work with the staff at the Comedy Underground. But comics still go there because there's, what, like 2 places offering stand-up comedy in town? Maybe three if you count the experimental wierdness of the Mirabou room on Wednesday nights, but that's IT!
Every time I go to giggles, the house is small. Every time I go to the comedy underground, the house is packed. That should tell you something.
But when I want comedy, I go to Jet City Improv in the same neighborhood. Always a great show.
