When someone broke my small rear triangle window to steal merchandise from the inside of my car, people estimated that I would be paying 400-500$ to get the thing replaced. What a hassle - how could I take my car anywhere with a broken window? The compromised security made my car totally useless, but I had to go to work in the morning.
Not only did they come to my workplace to replace the window right away in the morning, within 15 minutes of my call, but they also vaccuumed the glass shards from my interior, left me a nice note with a coupon, a fridge magnet with their number and a can of complimentary window polish. And they did their work on-site in at my work parking lot.
All that cost only $200, everything included. I've never written such a glowing review about anything, but this one is well deserved.

I LOVE the Guess here. There is a nice layout for the new clothing, shoes, and jeans areas. The new clothing is at the front, as usual, and the jeans are off to each side, in the middle, with a jean selection rack that you can examine styles on before choosing which one you want the saleswoman/man to retrieve your size in. The shoe area has neatly arranged seats that you can see all of their shoes from easily. The selection is separated into sales and new merchandise. The sales rack is in the back, and surprisingly large. The jewelry is separated into different places, but there's always a sales basket with a few dollars slashed off the original price for jewelry that has aged a few months.

My favorite salespeople in the Third Street Promenade area are at the FCUK! You can count on your flaming, flattering, stylish gay salesmen, and the staff's friendly greetings once you walk in the door. The front counter is in a slightly awkward place; off to the side in the front, facing the back, reminiscient of a WallMart Customer Service counter, but that's not a big deal. The store is separated oddly into sections, but thats okay too.

The quality of their underwear is so low that you'll do better to buy something fun at Victoria's Secret instead, or save your money and buy cheap somewhere else. Low quality, always has sharp icky things in the bras.

Express fashion has declined when they tried to make their clothing more affordable and introduced things like funky-colored Editor slacks and racey tops that aren't quite as interesting as Bebe's or Guess for the same price. But the Editor Pant will always be my favorite. :)

The Bebe store in this location is nothing exceptionally different from any other Bebe store but that does not take anything away from the great quality and style fo their clothing! Their shoe selection here is small, but they -always- have plenty of the newest styles in stock. Their salesladies are somewhat cookie-cutter; tall, skinny, long straight hair, slightly vapid. But I don't hold any of that against them. :)

The store is three stories; Women on the ground floor, men upstairs, petites and women's sale items downstairs. Their store is sectioned off into different rooms for styles; shoes and purses, professional, casual, everyday, dressy, are all in different rooms, which does make things hard to find but its fun to browse. Their sales rack is fairly well organized into sizes, but the dressing rooms are very limited!

I love AX clothing, so I have to rate highly for any AX store. This one gets a cut on the star count because of its location - this street is a yucky place to be. But the clothes are always fun, theres always a sales rack in the back, and the salespeople are fun to look at, if nothing else. Returns are easy, and thats always a plus.
