They really do make their products/service an art and a science. Botanical and natural products. A lot of them smell WONDERFUL in the bottle and on your skin! Extremely enthusiastic staff. Their website is a bit confusing, but their store is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend! Come expecting to spend money.

Their panties are often on sale for something like 5 for 20, and their bras last a very long time!

Got the Japanese Hair Straightening done here and they did an excellent job and recommended an EXCELLENT conditioner to me which surpassed my expectations. Came back for a trim later but didn't notice anything exceptional about that besides the price - 400$ for the straightening, 80 for the later trim and styling. Can go somewhere else for the simple stuff.
