The problem with Lady's Shoe Store is that they are outmatched by big name stores in everything from cleanliness, to prices, to inventory. It is a VERY small little store and women's fashion comes and goes so quickly that they are daily losing out when their shoes are slightly outdated, not priced competitively, nor advertised efficiently. THey need to rethink their business.
