What great service this place provides! For those of you worried about the horrible parking in Westwood, this place will validate parking when you bring your shoes in, or pick them up.
I had the calves of my knee-high expensive leather boots narrowed to fit me, and they did an excellent job and honored an expired coupon from the back of a Ralphs reciept. I later returned to add protective grip soles to a different pair of leather shoes and when they realized I was a return customer, they gave me another discount. Sweet.
