THE BARTENDERS ARE RUDE, THE ATMOSPHERE IS ALMOST CHAOTIC, AND THE MUSIC IS INTOLLERABLE! We went to the Roxy on a fairly busy evening, a Friday night. We were served drinks and began socializing with the people around us. After ordering our second round of drinks, our bartender never returned! We waited 30 minutes for a couple of overpriced vodkas and cranberries. The Bartender that was supposedly helping us, when asked why it took so long, we were told we were not the only patrons. The girl was so rude she even had the audacity to ask us to take a look around. well, I did. There were perhaps 20 other people standing by the bar, and maybe 10 had full drinks. I've served bar. I know this couldn't be too hard of an evening. I will never again return to such a bar that does not wish full service on their patrons. Maybe they should watch who they hire, or, employee.

Hello!!! Have you people been listening to your radios? Haven't you noticed the unimaginable amounts of creativity pouring out of your tuner when resting on 96.5? I have. And so has most of Kansas City by now! I love to wake up in the morning, turn on my radio and listen to Affentra's loud, yet engaging laughter. It fills my soul with gratefulness that her life is not my own. LOL. No, really, she's amazing. Her antics bring so much laughter to my own household, as we listen to her love the audience that she thrills , but also make fun of our everyday lives that we take for granted!!! And how could I forget the ever so friendly gay sidetrack, Scoops that livens up the station with just a touch of flamboyance?? My laughter never dies!!! Danny boi, Jason, Suzy-McDumbBitch, Journey, and Slim fast make a collection of delightful people to listen to and follow intently.... and as for their 3pm show, "Church of Lazlo", we've had our differences. LOL. The important, continuing theme with Lazlo, is that,regardless of whether in agreeance, or dispute, he still challenges us as listeners to be knowledgeable with our values and others beliefs- to make choices for ourselves that are informed and educated. Thankyou 965 THE BUZZ for being the best radio that this town has ever heard!!!!

I've been with American Family for years! Recently, when my insurance almost doubled, I called around to several places, GIECO, wow, outrageous!, Allstate, and Farmers. I also called several places like ABIA, including Insurance Express. The gentleman at Insurance Express was extremely rude to me! The premium he quoted was high, and I told him so... he hung up on me! when I finally called ABIA - the lady who answered was courteous, explained several options and gave me the lowest price out of everyone!!!! i am pleased with the service I receive there, and look forward to doing many years of business with the so- called- non-standard company!
