We first discovered this place when it was on Pima near TMC. It was good, but the venue was a bit out of the way for us and SMALL. Although this place is a tad larger, it is still small and therefore, can be crowed if hit at the "wrong" time. Try to hit on the weekends before 9:30AM !!
If you like chiles and mexican food with your eggs for breakfast........then this is the place for you!
The food is yummy, the service friendly, and -- generally-- quick. They are also good with the coffee refills which to me is an important aspect of any breakfast joint. :-)
Try the GREEN salsa in place of your regular salsa. Ask for a side of the homemade salsa verde and you will not be disappointed. I have had omelettes here and the mexican dishes.......although the veggie omelette is very good (get the salsa verde, and the tortilla!!), it is the only "American" dish I have had here. The kids have had the pancakes and say they are good. My daughter gets the chicken fried steak and eggs and loves it. It's a huge portion that she some how manages to eat all of nearly everytime she orders it!!
Try Poco and Mom's -- I don't think you will be disappointed.
