Daniel is the best trainer I have ever had! I love his workouts and intense bootcamps! I have seen more results in the last 3 months than in years that I spent at a different gym with another trainer! Daniel just has a way about him that is motivating and encouraging and he really does get the best results for all of his clients! I am a testimony to that and I love working with him! VQ has the best trainers, best customer service and best gyms all the way around! Oh and they were voted best of western washington gyms for the past 3 years! No surprise there!
