Very rude office personnel

I also experienced very rude employees at Dr. Kelley's office. Dr. Kelley is not too bad when you can get in to see her,but unfortunately you have to deal with her employees first. We tried to bring this to the doctor's attention without any luck. My family chose to find a doctor elsewhere.
