Poorly operated office

She has rude assistants in her office. It is very hard to get an appointment. Generally they will refer you to the emergency room. Dr. Kelley doesn't seem to have a real concern for her patients. Much of the time you are referred to her physcians asst. Nice guy if you don't mind seeing the asst. all the time.
