Lotus Garden is the best place to buy flowers in this city. The bouquets are absolutely snesational. They ask how much are you spending...I say $80-$100 and I walk out with an unbelievable arrangement of multi-colored flowers that just wow the recipient...
There is, however, a process...Plan on being ignored or unacknowledged for about 5 minutes...Its a given
So just stop by the place five minutes earlier, because it is definitely worth the wait
