Amer's has a wide variety of sandwiches, pasta salads, desserts, and coffee. If you want the full compliment of food you should go to the Amer's on State Street, but if you're looking for some quick food that's not fast food while you're at the Union, Amer's may be the place. While previously there were definitely some service issues with the Amer's in the Union (previously there was a lack of staff, long lines, and long time for prep of food)...I believe they've fixed that. I've never had a problem at the other Amer's...and the food is really good. Some of the sandwiches are a bit pricey, but it's a nice change from fast food.
